HTJ’s turnover grew during last year nearly one third compared to the year before and the growth has been steady also during year 2011. New projects and recruits have been characteristic for this year.  The number of our staff has exceeded 50, the growth during this year has been more than ten persons. I can to my satisfaction state that resilient and long-span work has rewarded us.

We have many outstanding projects going on in Great Helsinki area, Uusimaa and Häme. Our district office in Hämeenlinna has been successfully operating since autumn 2008 and in order to be ready for the growing demand in Häme-Pirkanmaa area we have opened a new office in Tampere.

Our professional and cost effective organisation has shown it’s strengths and our clients feel that they are receiving good quality service from us. HTJ manages nor only the project but the customership as well in a manner which will produce extra value for the client. I believe that by strengthening these factors we can succeed also in the future.

Our customer feedback shows, that HTJ’s procedures and knowledge are highly valued. Our humane and ethical touch in customer projects has shown that best results can be reached with good spirit and co-operation. It is not in HTJ’s interest to design or build projects but to find and make contracts on behalf of our clients with designers and contractors. HTJ manages and supervises the projects thus giving it’s wide expertise in to client’s use.

Lately we have employed several younger engineers, who have brought with them fresh ideas and given new perspectives to us older ones. HTJ has reached growing interest among the clients, but it has been nice to notice, that we are also wanted as an employer.

Environmental and energy efficiency as well as sustainable development will affect more and more on every phase of a project. These matters are also studied by HTJ personnel.

Our services cover managing, site supervision and advisory tasks of both housing and infra construction projects. We are willing to take care of construction management in a way contractors do it. This is one of our fields of business activities into which we will concentrate more in future. Our clients have been more and more interested in this method and it is used more frequently in our projects.

In accordance with our strategy HTJ will continue as an independent project managing consulting company. Our aim is to become the leading company in this sector.
