Continuous changes in our business create the need for new services and on the other hand strengthen the demand of some existing services. Same latest changes:
The Government Ordnance for Work Safety in construction works (205/2009) became valid on 1st of June 2009. New ordnance requires the owner of the project to nominate a safety coordinator already in the beginning of design phase. The purpose of this ordnance is to clarify client’s safety responsibilities. From now on the responsibility will be personalized to a person who has the practical knowledge and power to decide on safety matters in the project. In HTJ we have started to educate our staff for these tasks. We already assignments to act as a project’s safety coordinator.

New Law for Housing Cooperatives became valid on 1st of July 2010.
According to the new law the board of directors of a housing cooperative must prepare a 5-year maintenance investment programme for the share holder meeting. The officials recommend that this investment programme should be prepared by professional consultants. The law requires this 5-year programme to be handled yearly in regular share holder meetings. HTJ’s specialists are prepared to produce the needed investment programmes and also to manage and supervise the projects following from this programme.
