Site supervision ensures that the contractors' work performance meets
contractual requirements. Supervision material consists of plans,
specifications, contracts and all documents created during
the project. Technical supervision is primarily focused to the quality
control of the required final product, but supervision can also cover all client’s needs like work safety.
Professional and systematic site supervision ensures the quality of
the desired
end result.
Site supervision is carried out
- in accordance with the Scope of Work for Ground and Water Construction
Work Site Supervision (RT 16-10466),
- in accordance with the Scope of Work for Construction Work
Site Supervision (RT 16-10746), and
- for its applicable parts, in accordance with the Scope of Work for
HVACE Engineering Work Site Supervision(RT 16-10747) and according to a separate Site Supervision Plan.
