HTJ'S STRATEGY HAS BEEN REVISED

Rakennuttajatoimisto HTJ Oy’s strategy work has been completed

The company wants to keep its profile as an independent operator with no connection to the design or construction companies. The main goals of HTJ’s strategy 2015 are: to be a trustworthy as service provider and as an employer, to enlarge our products from project development to maintenance and asset management, the appreciation of the clients and our own staff, growing of yearly turn over and keeping the profitability at least on it’s present level.
In future the cope of our services and our areal coverage will grow.
The company has clearly defined it’s vision to be completely independent consulting project management office and to become the leading company of this sector.

The practical required steps have already been started and we have started several development projects in order to reach our goals.

The company has grown steadily and strongly during the recent years. The number of our staff and turn over has grown clearly also during the last two years in spite of the economical recession. The present number of our staff is 42.

VISION:

We want to develop to be Finland’s leading Consulting Construction and Project Management office. Comprehensive, independent services will cover all stages of the project. We will be successful with the help of our appreciated methods and high client and staff satisfaction.
